DOT Reminder on New Drug Testing Procedures

DOT Issues another Reminder - December 1, 2011: Mandatory use of the New Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form (CCF).


DOT wants to remind everyone that use of the new CCF will be required starting December 1, 2011.  The DOT’s extension for use of the old form through November 30, 2011, can be found in the September 27, 2011 Federal Register.

This reminder involves "Procedures for Transportation Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs: Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form. A Technical Amendment from the Office of the Secretary, DOT.
