NRC – Transport of Radioactive Material

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is holding three meetings to seek public comment to enhance development of the technical basis for a rulemaking to revise NRC regulations on the security requirements for transportation of radioactive material in quantities of concern (RMQC). The meetings will be held in Lisle, Illinois (January 15); Oakland, California (January 17); and Rockville, Maryland (January 23). Written comments should be submitted by February 8. 73 Fed.
