RRF Ship and Crew Receive Award

The U.S. Department of Transportation issued a press release stating that the Ready Reserve Force (RRF) ship SS FLICKERTAIL STATE and its crew were presented with the Professional Ship Award by Captain William G. Schubert, Maritime Administrator, for their part in Operation Haiti, working under fire delivering supplies and equipment to the U.S. Marine Corps.
