USCG Rejects LNG Appeal

The U.S. Coast Guard, according to an AP report, has rejected an appeal of its decision to advise against a proposed liquefied natural gas terminal in Fall River.
The Coast Guard reportedly wrote a letter to Weaver's Cove Energy LLC executives to reaffirm its position that the river approaching the project is unsafe for navigation by massive LNG tankers.
