Coast Guard Responds to Flooding

Coast Guard crews from four air stations arrived outside of Austin, to prepare for possible search and rescue cases due to the threat of major flooding in the surrounding areas.
Search and rescue helicopter crews from Air Stations Houston, Corpus Christi, Texas, New Orleans and Mobile, Ala., are conducting overflights of the affected areas near Marble Falls, Texas.
