Suisun Bay – Security Zone Proposed

The U.S. Coast Guard proposes to establish security zones in the waters adjacent to the three piers of the Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO), formerly the Naval Weapons Center Concord, California. The security zones would be enforced during the onloading or offloading of military equipment and ordnance. Previously, temporary security zones were established for this purpose. Comments on this proposal should be submitted by September 17, 2004. 69 Fed. Reg. 42950 (HK Law).
