Keyport Services Wins $54.7M Contract

Keyport Services, Poulsbo, Wash., is being awarded a $54,708,180 cost-plus-award-fee service contract for professional, engineering and business management services to directly support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport's mission. This contract contains four one-year options that, if all options are exercised, will bring the total cumulative approximate value of the contract to $301,729,075. Work will be performed in Keyport, Wash. (60 percent); Oahu, Kauai, and Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (17 percent); Norfolk, Chesapeake, Yorktown and Arlington, Va., and Washington D.C. (15 percent); San Diego, Calif. (6 percent); and Hawthorne, Nev. (2 percent); and is expected to be completed by March 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was solicited under full and open competition through the Federal Business Opportunities and Navy Electronic Commerce Online sites, with one offer received. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound is the contracting activity (N00406-04-C-5008).
