Scorpio Bulkers Inc. announces purchase of 1,436,352 common shares by Scorpio Services Holding Limited
Dry bulk commodities shipper Scorpio Bulkers Inc. announced today that Scorpio Services Holding Limited has purchased an aggregate of 1,436,352 common shares of the company at an average price of $1.60 per share in the open market since the company's previous announcement on September 14, 2015.
Scorpio Service Holdings has been gradually increasing its stake in Scorpio Bulkers since July.
Scorpio Bulkers currently has 343,905,637 common shares outstanding, of which Scorpio Services Holding now owns 21,634,390, or 6.3 percent.
