Shipbuilding Needs Long-Term Contracts

According to a report from the Canadian Press, Liberal Senator Colin Kenny said that the Canadian conservative government must sign long-term contracts with shipyards and seek political consensus to ensure that projects, which stretch over decades, reach completion.
