German Group Explores Investing in Shipbuilding in WB

A group of German companies is exploring the possibility of setting up a shipbuilding and shipyard project in West Bengal with special emphashis at the port city of Haldia in East Midnapore district. Hennemann, who was accompanied by two officials, also told Bhattacharjee that they were keen on initiating a survey in this regard and were ready to make necessary investment for the purpose.
