Putin Vows to Sign Ordinance on United Shipbuilding Corp.

President Vladimir Putin has said that he will sign a decree on the establishment of the United Shipbuilding Corporation on Wednesday.
First Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Ivanov said at a Monday meeting of the Cabinet that the entire government and specific ministries had approved the document but it still needed approval by the prime minister.
