Holly Gets MarAd’s Shipper Award

The Maritime Administration (MarAd) has presented the agency's annual Shipper Recognition Award to an individual instead of a company.
This year's recipient, Jack Holly, is the director of logistics for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Gulf Region Division in Iraq. Holly, a retired Marine colonel, was presented with the award at a special ceremony conducted during the Corps' quarterly logistics working group meeting in Washington, D.C., Aug. 9, 2007.
