Diana Shipping Enters Time Charter with Cargill

Diana Shipping Inc. announced today that, through a separate wholly-owned subsidiary, it has entered into a time charter contract with Cargill International S.A., Geneva, for one of its Kamsarmax dry bulk vessels, the m/v Myrto, a 82,131 dwt ship built in 2013
The charter commenced today at a rate of $6,000 per day, minus a 4.75 percent commission paid to third parties, for a period of minimum 10 months to about 13 months.

Diana Shipping Expects the employment to generate approximately $1.8 million of gross revenue for the minimum scheduled period of the time charter.
