ShipVertical, DHL Reinforce Maritime Logistics Coverage

ShipVertical Internet Group, Inc., an e-business leader in the maritime economy, has signed an agreement with DHL International Ltd., a leading air express network that enables all industries to expedite the shipment of goods worldwide, to provide online services for the maritime sector. The agreement enables both parties, ShipVertical Internet Group and DHL International, to collaborate in the offering of forwarding services to the shipping industry, to utilize their distribution/sales networks to mutually market their products and services and to develop new products for niche markets jointly. "ShipVertical is continuously adding a logistics support to its marketplace. DHL maintains very strong business leads in Europe, Latin America and Asia. A large number of our customers are based and operate out of these regions. Through ShipVertical marketplace suppliers and shipoperators will be able to order and track shipment online thus reducing significantly administrative costs while securing a top quality handling and delivery of shipment for maritime goods," says Vangelis Marinakis, Partner at Shipvertical.
