Shipyard Auction Row May be Over

Reports indicate that the legal battle over the ownership of the largest piece of the former Fore River shipyard appears to be over, more than three years after auto dealer Daniel Quirk purchased the land at an auction.
The U.S. Court of Appeals in Boston has rejected a bid by construction magnate Jay Cashman to overturn the auction.
