MARAD Small Shipyard Grants

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) issued a notice announcing $9.8m in grants to small US shipyards.  The grants are to be used for capital improvements and related infrastructure improvements at qualified shipyards that facilitate the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality of domestic ship construction for commercial and federal government use.
