Works at Siloso Beach, Sentosa Island, Singapore

Repair and construction works are being carried out at Siloso Beach, Sentosa Island, until 15 June.

According to the Maritime and Port Authority's Port Marine Notice No.64 of 2014, the works are being conducting between 0800 and 
including Sundays & Public Holidays – within the working area bounded by the following coordinates (WGS 84 Datum):
A) 01° 15.138'N / 103° 48.971'E
B) 01° 14.992'N / 103° 49.118'E
C) 01° 14.929'N / 103° 49.070'E
D) 01° 15.054'N / 103° 48.893'E

Repair and construction work will entail removal of existing show towers and installation of new triangle frames. Craft involved in the works will exhibit the appropriate local and international day and night signals.
When in the vicinity of the working area, mariners are reminded to:
(a) keep well clear and not to enter the working area;
(b) maintain a proper lookout;
(c) proceed at a safe speed & navigate with caution;
(d) maintain a listening watch on VHF channel 68; and
(e) communicate with West Control on VHF 68 for assistance, if required.
