PRDA for ship disposal solutions
The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) issued a Program Research and Develop Announcement (PRDA) for ship disposal solutions. The agency is seeking innovative engineering/technical/production/management solutions for disposal of multiple ships. Proposals should be submitted between January 8 and 15, 2004.
