Pearl Crossing LNG Terminal – Enviro Statement

The U.S. Coast Guard and the Maritime Administration (MARAD) issued a Notice stating that the draft environmental impact statement (DEIS) for the proposed Pearl Crossing LNG Terminal is available for review. The proposal calls for construction of the terminal in the Gulf of Mexico approximately 41 miles south of Cameron, Louisiana. Public meetings will be held in Sulphur, Louisiana (May 3); Johnsons Bayou, Louisiana (May 4); and Portland, Texas (May 5). Written comments should be submitted by June 7. 70 Fed. Reg. 20762 (HK Law)
