Texas Preps for Storms
The US Coast Guard issued a press release stating that preparations are underway for arrival of Tropical Storm Edouard, which is expected to make landfall on Tuesday near Galveston. Sector Houston-Galveston issued a Marine Safety Information Bulletin setting Port Condition Zulu and prohibiting vessel movement as of 2000, August 4. Cargo operations were prohibited after 2200.
