Pacific Energy Marine Terminal – Draft EIS

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issued a Notice stating that it intends to prepare a draft supplemental environmental impact statement (EIS) relating to the proposal to construct the Pacific Energy crude oil marine terminal at Pier 400 in the Port of Los Angeles. This proposal includes, among other things, deep draft navigational improvements that would allow berthing by vessels with drafts of up to 79.5 feet (24.2 meters). 69 Fed. Reg. 35588 (HK Law)
