Oil Spill Threatens Swedish Coastline

An oil slick from the sunken Chinese freighter, Fu Shan Hai, is approaching Sweden’s southeastern coast. According to maritime officials, Swedish and Danish environmental vessels were able to recover 700 tons of oil, but the wreckage is still leaking and oil has been drifting toward the coastline of Skane. The Swedish Coastguard flight division are supervising the area around the clock.
