James Loy to be Nominated as Under Secretary of Transportation for Security

President George W. Bush today announced his intention to nominate eleven individuals and appoint four individuals to serve in his administration.
The President intends to nominate Admiral James M. Loy to be Under Secretary of Transportation for Security. Admiral Loy has been serving as Acting Under Secretary of Transportation for Security since July 2002.
