Air Express Acquires Transworld Group

Air Express International Corp. has acquired the Transworld group of companies, a project forwarder, according to AEI officials. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Transworld, based in Houston, will operate as a separate division within AEI Ocean Services and be called AEI Project Services.
