Unidyne Wins $23M Navy Deal

Unidyne Corp., a subsidiary of the Titan Corp., Norfolk, Va., is being awarded a
$22,914,557 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee with fee
adjustment contract for engineering, operation and maintenance services for the
Technology Center for Cable and Connectors (TC3) facility. The TC3 will provide the
fleet and other customers with cables, components, cable assemblies and engineering
services. Work will be performed in Newport, R.I. and is expected to be completed
by August 2008. Contract funds in the amount of $50,000 will expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the Internet,
with three offers received. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport,
R.I., is the contracting activity (N66604-03-D-1067).
