Resulting from innovative electronics, Cygnus Instruments has maintained it multiple echo feature, which allows for clear readings through coatings up to as much as six mm thick. The Cygnus technology also boasts that uncoated materials readings will only be displayed providing that all three back wall echoes are equal to each other, meaning that all measurements are proven prior to display.In addition to maintaining its current status, the company features a selectable probe frequency, an extended measuring range up to 250 mm and an upgraded error checking facilities. Choosing the probe frequency ensures that the readings remain stable regardless of the measured material's condition.
