Engine technology continues to evolve at speed, and MAN is a clear historical leader in the maritime space. In New Orleans late last year it introduced the V12X, an engine packed with more than 1600 hp in a compact package, hosting a bevy of technology evolution including a modern common rail fuel injection system with pressure up to 2200 bar for precise, optimized combustion.
