In a night of major strikes, Ukrainian drones strike industrial and energy targets in Russia
Local authorities said that Ukraine's drone attacks overnight on Russia resulted in the death of one person, and damaged numerous industrial sites, as well as two empty oil tanks. This comes amid Ukraine's ongoing campaign against Russian energy infrastructure.

Local media reported that the Governor's Press Service in Tatarstan said that Ukrainian drones caused damage to targets in Nizhnekamsk and inflicted casualties.
The reports didn't specify the targets, but Nizhnekamsk has a major refinery and is near drone factories in Alabuga, a nearby town.
As Ukraine has intensified its drone attacks against Russia's oil refineries, the country is experiencing acute fuel shortages in certain regions. Kyiv has also been hitting targets further away from its territory.
Yury Slyusar, the Governor of Southern Rostov Region, announced on Telegram two tankers had been damaged in Taganrog Bay of Sea of Azov. He said that the ships, which were on their way to Rostov, were empty, and two people were injured.
The Ukrainian military confirmed the strikes but stated that they had struck 'nine such tanks? in the Sea of Azov.
