Shipping schedule states that a tanker from Cuba has finished loading gasoline in Venezuela.

A shipping schedule seen by shows that an oil tanker which has been transporting Venezuelan fuel - to Cuba since April 'last year- finished 'loading this week a 150,000 barrel cargo of gasoline. This could be a sign that Venezuela is preparing to ship supplies -to the island, under U.S. oversight.

It was unclear as of Thursday if the vessel had left Venezuela, since it was last spotted in Venezuelan waters by monitoring service TankerTrackers.com on Monday. The ultimate destination of the tanker could not be confirmed. Tankers that are now leaving Venezuelan waters must do so only with the approval of the United States. Due to the continued U.S. military presence in Caribbean, any tanker leaving Venezuelan waters must be approved by the U.S.

Cuban President Miguel Diaz Canel spoke from Havana about Cuba's energy crisis on Thursday, as the lines to buy diesel and gasoline at gas stations continued to grow.
