Sources say that a tanker is heading to the UAE via Strait of Hormuz, to load oil.
According to shiptracking and industry sources, an oil tanker crossed the Strait of?Hormuz Tuesday to load crude in a United Arab Emirates Port. This is a rare?journey since the?Iran war disrupted Middle East shipping.
LSEG data revealed that the Suezmax tanker Pola turned off its AIS tracking system late on March '2 when it approached Strait. It reappeared a day later, off Abu Dhabi.
Two?trade sources who spoke on condition of anonymity because the matter was sensitive said that the vessel is heading to Jebel Dhanna port to load Abu Dhabi crude?Murban for Thailand.
Dynacom Tankers, which manages this vessel, could not be reached outside of office hours for a comment.
