Three people killed in boating accident at Alabama Pro Fishing Tournament
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency said that three people were killed and three injured in a collision between two fishing boats at a Major League Fishing competition on Lewis Smith Lake, Alabama, on Wednesday.
A man died after his vessel was struck by a boat. He was declared dead on the spot. Two other people who were thrown into the water drowned, and their bodies were recovered later.
Major League Fishing has cancelled the final day of competition on Thursday after an incident.
