Tunisia has bought in the tender an estimated 100,000 tons of soft wheat, and around 100,000 tons of durum.
According to European traders, Tunisia’s state grain agency reportedly purchased about 100,000 metric tons of soft milling wheat on Wednesday and approximately 100,000 tons durum at an international auction for the same volume.
Trading house Finagrit was said to have purchased the soft wheat at a price of $256.16 per ton, cost and freight included.
Trading house Amber was said to have sold the durum at a price of $323.89 per ton c&f, which is believed to be the lowest.
