ADNOC to pay out $43 billion as dividends by 2030

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company announced on Wednesday that six of its publicly listed subsidiaries would distribute 158 billion AED (43.02 billion dollars) in dividends before 2030.

ADNOC Gas signed a contract worth 146,9 billion AED (40 billion dollars) for the Ruwais project. Over 80% has been contracted on long-term terms.

ADNOC said the merger between ADNOC and OMV, petrochemical companies Borouge and Borealis to create Borouge Group International is expected to be completed in the first quarter 2026, with certain regulatory approvals having already been completed.

ADNOC and OMV have secured financing for the deal, which is worth 56.6 billion AED. This includes acquiring Nova Chemicals.
