Sources and data indicate that trading houses and buyers of Venezuelan oil chartered the very large crude carriers to export from the South American nation since the Caracas-Washington deal was signed. This is expected to increase shipments to India and speed up the process starting in March.

Primorsk's diesel exports may drop by 17% this February.

Data from traders, LSEG, and calculations on Wednesday showed that ultra-low-sulphur fuel loadings at the 'Russian port Primorsk' may fall by 17% in February compared to last month, due to a 'lower fuel production and harsh Baltic weather, which disrupts supplies.

In January, diesel exports to Russia from Primorsk could reach a record high.
