Carnival Cruise Sued Over Harbor Traffic

According to a report from Reuters, preservation groups in the state of South Carolina filed a lawsuit against Carnival Cruise Lines, claiming the company's ships pollute Charleston and threaten its historic charm. The suit alleges that cruise ships violate local zoning ordinances and state laws and result in noise, air pollution, traffic congestion and blocked views.
