“The Stavropol Territory needs such a facility very much," said  Vladimir Vladimirov, . "Though there are no major sports complexes in the region, Stavropol citizens get Olympic prizes, win at world championships. I am sure that this complex will help our children to become champions and glorify the Stavropol Territory, Gazprom and our enormous Russia."

“The Stavropol Territory is an important region for gas workers. The new sports & recreation complex will be created for the citizens to have a real opportunity to go in for sports regularly and cultivate the spirit of winners in themselves – the spirit aimed at the victory over oneself and all the challenges we have in life,” said Valery Golubev.
