RYDLYME Marine has named R Carter & Associates, Inc. of Mobile, Ala. a new stocking distributor for the Gulf of Mexico area, targeting shipyards, larger workboats, government vessels and drill ships operating in the region.

RYDLYME Marine, a manufacturer of a line of safe, biodegradable and effective chemical cleaning solutions for descaling, degreasing and deodorizing, said R Carter & Associates has worked with its products in the past with great success.

The company produces a nontoxic biodegradable marine descaler designed to dissolve deposits that hinder the performance of vital water systems, such as calcium, rust, barnacles, zebra mussels, tiger shells and other mineral deposits. According to its manufacturer, RYDLYME Marine can be used on all types of vessels, helping owners save money by removing unwanted marine deposits on heat exchangers, engine cooling systems, condensers and more.

RYDLYME Marine also produces a biodegradable boat cleaner that eliminates oil, grease, grime, dirt and other pollutants from vessel surfaces.

RYDLYME Marine’s Deodorizing Cleaner and Treatment (DCT) is a natural and safe product that cleans and deodorizes surfaces and marine water systems by utilizing the company’s non-active biocatalyst. DCT enables microorganisms to supercharge their metabolic process and naturally rid surfaces and tanks of odors, disease-causing bacteria and other contaminates, according to the manufacturer.
