Chembulk Tankers announced on Wednseday that Bart B. Kelleher has taken over as Chief Executive Officer for David Ellis, who has resigned for personal reasons. Ellis will be available to the company through January 31, 2020.Kelleher has held senior executive roles within Chembulk since joining the company in early 2016, initially as Chief Strategy Officer and then Chief Financial Officer in early 2019. Genco Shipping Chairman Resigns

Genco Shipping & Trading Limited announced that Peter C. Georgiopoulos has resigned from his role as Chairman of the Board, effective immediately. Arthur L. Regan has been elected as Interim Executive Chairman. Arlington Tankers Announces Changes to Management Team

Arlington Tankers Ltd. said that Arthur L. Regan has informed the Company that he intends to step down from his position as President and Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Company to pursue other interests. Regan will remain with the Company for a brief transition period.
