New Parker-Racor Snapp Filter from A.S.A.P.
A.S.A.P. announced it now offers a quick-to-service small outboard engine filter – an ingenious design from Parker-Racor. According to A.S.A.P., no tools are required for servicing, quick release connectors and a patented priming system, and the compact unit requires only 2-1/2” clearance to change a filter. Time saving in filter replacement and maintenance is unequalled, the company said, as are the premium filtration capabilities of Parker-Racor’s patented Aquabloc media inside the elements. A clear nylon bowl allows a water-in-fuel condition to be immediately visible.
ASAP Supplies Celebrates 25 Years
On April 1, 2014, it will be 25 years since Peter Edwards & Mark Reynolds officially started trading as ASAP Supplies. At 36 and 26 respectively, they were working for a marine engine supply company, and when the company stopped promoting the smaller engines and spares, they found they greatly missed spending time working with customers and solving their technical problems. Their aim and passion was to bring value to customers through technical support and knowledge. After many discussions about products and working with carefully selected Suppliers, ASAP Supplies was founded.
Appointment at A.S.A.P. Supplies
Worldwide Distributor of marine equipment and spares, A.S.A.P. Supplies Ltd, appointed Tom Edwards as Sales Manager. Formerly Supervisor of the Sales department, Mr. Edwards’ promotion is welcomed by the Board. The Company based in Beccles, Suffolk have seen Mr. Edward’s progress over the last few years with great leadership skills. His valued work has contributed to the Company’s growth, including meeting and exceeding strategic targets. The newly appointed Sales Manager, (son of Peter Edwards who cofounded the Company), joined his father and the rest of the team back in July 2002.
