Top Ships Extends Time Charter of M/T Eco Fleet

Top Ships, an international owner and operator of modern, fuel efficient "ECO" tanker vessels focusing on the transportation of petroleum products, announced that it has extended the firm period of the time charter of M/T Eco Fleet with BP Shipping Limited for six months. Following the signing of the above mentioned time charter party extension, the Company’s charter coverage is 100% of the operating fleet including vessels partly owned through joint ventures in the year 2018. Capital Product Bags 3 MR Charters

Capital Product Partners, an international diversified shipping company, announced that it has secured new time charter employment for three Medium Range (MR) Product Tankers. The M/T 'Amadeus' (50,108 dwt, IMO II/III Eco Chemical/Product Tanker built 2015, Samsung Heavy Industries (Nigbo) secured employment with Repsol Trading for one year (+/- 30 days) at a gross daily rate of $14,500. Capital Product Partners Declare Cash Distribution

Capital Product Partners L.P. a Marshall Islands master limited partnership and an international owner of modern tanker, container and drybulk vessels today announced that its board of directors has declared a cash distribution of $0.2385 per common unit for the fourth quarter of 2015 ended December 31, 2015. The fourth quarter common unit cash distribution will be paid on February 12, 2016, to unit holders of record on February 5, 2016. All vessels of Capital Product Partners are under period charters to BP Shipping Limited, Cargill International S.A., CMA-CGM S.A., Cosco Bulk Carrier Co. Ltd., CSSA S.A. Teekay, BP Enter Deal for Newbuild LNG Tankers

Teekay LNG Partners L.P. announced that it has entered into a 13-year time-charter contract with BP Shipping Limited (BP) for one liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier newbuilding, plus an option exercisable by BP by the end of the third quarter of 2015 for one additional LNG carrier under similar terms. The vessels, including the optional vessel if exercised, will primarily provide LNG transportation services for BP’s LNG volumes from the Freeport LNG project located on Quintana Island near Freeport, Texas, which consists of three LNG trains with a total capacity of 13.2 metric tons per annum, scheduled for start-up in 2018. L.P. Charters MR Product Tanker M/T Akeraios

Capital Product Partners L.P. (NASDAQ: CPLP) announced that it had chartered the M/T Akeraios with BP Shipping Limited for a period of 12 months (+/- 30 days). The charter commenced today, June 15, 2010. The M/T Akeraios (2007 Hyundai Mipo 47,000dwt ICE Class 1A) was fixed at a net daily charter rate of $12,500 with BP Shipping Limited, and is subject to a profit sharing arrangement, which allows each party to share, at a 50/50 percentage, additional revenues earned for breaching the International Warranty Limits (IWL). Capital Product Partners Announces Intention to Acquire Tankers

Capital Product Partners announced that it has entered into a non-binding letter of intent to acquire the 2001-built, 159,982 dwt double hull tanker M/T Amore Mio II and the 2005-built, 12,000 dwt double hull product tanker M/T Aristofanis from Capital Maritime & Trading Corp., the owner of its general partner. The proposed purchase prices are $95 million for the M/T Amore Mio II and $23 million for the M/T Aristofanis, and the transaction is expected to be completed by the end of April 2008. BP Orders Fourth Tanker

BP has placed an order for a fourth double-hull oil tanker for use in delivering Alaska North Slope crude oil to refineries on the west coast. BP placed orders for three tankers in September 2000. Construction of the 1.3-million-barrel-capacity tankers will begin in early 2002. National Steel and Shipbuilding Co. (NASSCO) of San Diego is scheduled to deliver the first ship in late 2003 with subsequent ships being delivered in 2004, 2005 and 2006. BP will complete conversion of its Alaska fleet to double hulls in 2006. The four-ship order, with options for two additional tankers, has been matched to BP?s Alaskan production plans for the next decade.

Manpower Software Lands Myriad of Cruise Contracts

Manpower Software plc (MSW) today announces the award of two contracts for the sale of its Maritime Crew Administration product to Royal Caribbean Cruises Limited (RCCL) and Sun Cruises Limited (SCL), the subsidiary of Airtours plc. These contract awards follow on from the recent sales of MSW's Crew Task Scheduling product to RCCL and the Access Control product, "Souls on Board," to SCL. MSW was also granted two contracts for the sale of its Workforce Planning product to Guinness UDV Limited (part of the Diageo group of companies) and BP Shipping Limited (a division of BP plc). The initial value of the four contracts is in excess of $2.2 million. RCCL has purchased MSW's Maritime Crew Administration product as part of an enterprise-wide program of improvement.
