EMAS Awarded Gunflint GoM Project

EMAS, the operating brand of Ezra Holdings, a global offshore contractor and provider of integrated offshore solutions to the oil and gas (O&G) industry, today announced that it has received a Letter of Agreement (LOA) from Noble Energy for the Gunflint Project in the Gulf of Mexico (GoM). Under the terms of the agreement EMAS’s Subsea Services division, EMAS AMC has been nominated to perform the offshore installation of pipelines, umbilicals and ancillary equipment for the Gunflint Project in the Mississippi Canyon area of the US GoM in water depths in excess of 2,000 meters. The pipelines will be installed with EMAS AMC’s flagship vessel the Lewek Constellation while the EMAS Marine Base in Ingleside…

EMAS Wins Subsea Projects Worth More han $125M

EMAS, the operating brand of Ezra Holdings, a global offshore contractor and provider of integrated offshore solutions to the oil and gas industry, today announced that the group has been awarded subsea construction and offshore support contracts in Asia Pacific and West Africa with a combined value exceeding $125 million, including options. Following contract wins in January, EMAS AMC continued its momentum with subsea contracts awarded in West Africa and Asia, including a deepwater pipeline installation project in the South China Sea.

EMAS Wins Nearly $80m in Subsea Projects

EMAS announced that its Subsea Services division (EMAS AMC) has been awarded projects worth a total of approximately $80 million (USD), including options. The scope of these projects cover a large spectrum of subsea work, including the decommissioning and towage of an FPSO in Asia and the deployment of an inspection, maintenance and repair (IMR) vessel in the Americas. Work for a majority of the contracts is expected to commence by the first half of 2014. “We are extremely pleased with these contract wins, which allows us to showcase the breadth of capabilities that EMAS AMC possesses as well as our global reach,” said EMAS’s Group CEO and Managing Director, Lionel Lee. “It is an auspicious start to the new year.

EMAS Wins Chevron Contract

EMAS' Offshore Construction division, EMAS AMC, was awarded a contract by Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production Ltd, Chevron Offshore (Thailand) Ltd and Chevron Pattani Ltd. This award will see EMAS AMC installing a number of wellhead platforms and associated pipelines in the Gulf of Thailand. This project is expected to commence in early 2012 for a three year firm period (2012 – 2014) with an option period for an additional two years (2015 – 2016), which in aggregate is estimated to increase the orderbook for EMAS AMC to over $600m. Mr Lionel Lee, EMAS’s Managing Director, said: “This award is an important milestone for us and reaffirms the growing relationship that we have with Chevron in the Asia Pacific region”.
