CMA CGM Joins Energy Observer in Hydrogen Project

French shipping giant CMA CGM is joining forces with Energy Observer within a project focusing on testing the potential of hydrogen as a marine fuel.Energy Observer, formerly a racing catamaran, is now an experimental platform for tomorrow’s energy sources. It is sailing round the world in order to speed up development of the innovative solutions for the environment.This partnership with CMA CGM deals with the development of cleaner and more sustainable energies to eliminate CO2 emissions, greenhouse gases and air pollutants.

MAN to Open New Propeller Facility in China

MAN to Power Thai Navy Newbuilds

MAN Energy Solutions said it has secured a contract to supply the main propulsion engines for two new 41-meter patrol vessels for the Royal Thai Navy. Volkswagen Attracts Bids for MAN Energy Solutions Unit

Equinor Acquires 50% Stake in Polish OWP

The Norwegian oil and gas major Equinor ASA said it has completed the purchase of a 50% stake in the Baltyk I offshore wind project (OWP) in Poland from Polenergia.The Bałtyk 1 offshore location license allows for a development of a wind farm with a capacity up to 1560MW.
