Kongsberg Maritime Appoints New Leader of Finance

Kongsberg Maritime has announced the appointment of Christian Bekkevold Nilsen as its new executive vice president finance.Bekkevold Nilsen will join Kongsberg Maritime on October 9, 2023, following Per Håvard Siljan Hjukse who has taken over the role as EVP propulsion and handling for the company.Christian Bekkevold Nilsen has spent several years working both in Asia and in other European countries in addition to Norway. He has held leading finance positions in companies like Norconsult, Nord Pool and Alstom, and most recently as CFO in Quantafuel ASA.

Seth first joined Goltens in 2002 and has steadily climbed the ranks, serving in positions of progressively increasing responsibility. Boskalis Nominates van Noort as New CFO

Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. has nominated Carlo van Noort to be appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Boskalis at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) in May 2019. The term of the current CFO, Hans Kamps, expires on the date of that same AGM.van Noort is currently financial director of Boskalis Nederland. He has held various finance positions within the three divisions of the Group over the last 12 years and is currently financial director of Boskalis Nederland. Following his accounting and auditing degree from Nyenrode Business University, van Noort worked as an auditor with EY followed by finance positions at among others ING Real Estate and DHL Express.

Hochoa Takes Over as Bourbon CFO

French offshore services provider Bourbon Corporation announced Thierry Hochoa has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer effective as of August 6. He reports directly to Gaël Bodénès, Chief Executive Officer of Bourbon Corporation.Hochoa replaces Astrid de Bréon who resigned from her position as Chief Financial Officer from July 11.A graduate of IAE Paris, ESCP Business School and also CPA, Hochoa began his career in 1994 as an external auditor at Arthur Andersen, then Ernst & Young (EY).

Seaspan Announces Senior Management Changes

Seaspan Corporation announced that Sai Chu, Chief Financial Officer, has informed of his resignation and retirement from Seaspan effective November 6, 2015, after more than 10 years' of service with Seaspan and related entities. Topaz Announces Leadership Changes

Jay Daga has been named Chief Financial Officer of Topaz Energy and Marine, an international offshore support vessel owner with operations in the Middle East, Caspian and West Africa. Daga will take his position with immediate effect, having been with Topaz for 15 years in a number of finance positions, most recently as Deputy CFO. Topaz noted that Daga led its two latest capital raising initiatives being the company’s $350 million corporate bond issue in 2013 and its recent $75 million equity injection by Standard Chartered Private Equity. Topaz also confirmed the departure of Chief Operating Officer, Roy Donaldson, who joined Topaz in 2005. Geoff Taylor will act as interim COO while the search for a successor is underway.

Baker Hughes Names Kimberly Ross as CFO

Baker Hughes Incorporated has today announced appointment of Kimberly A. Ross, as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective October 22, 2014. Ross currently serves as Executive Vice President and CFO of Avon Products, Inc. She served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Royal Ahold N.V. from 2007 to 2011 and held various other finance positions at Royal Ahold from 2001 to 2007. Ross earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from the University of South Florida and became a certified public accountant after graduation. "I am pleased to welcome Kimberly to the Company," said Martin Craighead, Baker Hughes Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "She is an accomplished executive with more than 22 years of outstanding global experience in finance.

PPG Appoints Sklarsky

PPG Industries  said Frank S. Sklarsky will join the company as executive vice president for  finance, effective April 15, reporting to Chairman and CEO Charles E. Bunch. Also, effective August 1, Sklarsky will be named PPG executive vice president and chief financial officer. David B. Navikas, currently PPG senior vice president, finance and chief financial officer, will continue in his current role until August 1, and will then continue as senior vice president in a senior leadership role that will be announced later. Most recently, Sklarsky was executive vice president and chief financial officer, Tyco International, Ltd., a global provider of security, fire protection and flow control solutions with revenues that exceeded $17 billion.

Mazarakis COO, Kanellopoulos CFO, Excel Maritime

Excel Maritime Carriers Ltd (NYSE: EXM), an owner and operator of dry bulk carriers and an international provider of worldwide seaborne transportation services for dry bulk cargoes, announced that Charalampos Mazarakis has been appointed as the Company's Chief Operating Officer. Mazarakis will assume his position in mid May 2010. The company also announced that Pavlos Kanellopoulos has been appointed as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Crowley Promotes Clapp and Brown

Rinus Schepen, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Crowley's Latin America services announced that Rob Clapp has been promoted to Director of Pricing and Yield Management and Brad Brown has been promoted to Director of Finance for the Latin America liner services group. Both will remain domiciled in Jacksonville and report to Schepen. In his new position, Clapp is responsible for all contract administration, pricing and yield management activities. He joined Crowley in 1988 as an accountant in the company's financial reporting department. Since then he has held positions of increasing responsibility within the Latin America liner services group, including Manager of Management Reporting, Manager of Planning and Director of Finance.

CP Ships Strengthens Financial Management

CP Ships Limited announced a strengthened financial management structure, including new senior positions. David Auger joined CP Ships as Group Financial Controller. Crowley Promotes Warner

Crowley Maritime’s board approved the appointment of Dan Warner to Senior Vice President and Treasurer effective January 1. In his new position, Warner is responsible for the direction and management of the treasury activities of the total organization. He ensures that financial transactions, policies and procedures meet corporate objectives and regulatory body requirements. He also manages the corporate banking and investment functions and is responsible for negotiating all company-wide short and long-term debt financing. Warner will remain domiciled in Jacksonville, and will report to Bill Pennella, Crowley's Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President. Reporting to Warner are Senior Treasury Analysts Momodou Sallah and Jennifer Pope.

Phil Kleweno Appointed President Of Princess Cruises

P&O Princess Cruises plc, today announced the appointment of Phil Kleweno as President of its North American division, Princess Cruises. Cruises Group.
