USA Ups BOEM Offshore Wind Budget

Gazprom Neft Completes Okhotsk Survey

Mako Gas Field Exceeds Hopes: Conrad

Indonesian oil & gas exploration and production company Conrad Petroleum has flowed dry gas from its Tambak-1 well located in the Duyung PSC in the West Natuna Basin, offshore Indonesia.The Tambak-1 well was designed to both appraise the Mako gas field and test the underlying Tambak exploration prospect. Coro Energy plc holds a 15% interest in this project.The drill stem test (DST) flowed dry gas from the intra-Muda sands at a rate of 11.4 MMcf/day on a 181/64-inch (2.8 inches) choke, maintaining a wellhead tubing pressure of 225psi.

Shearwater Bags Seismic Project Offshore S. Africa

The provider of geophysical marine seismic acquisition and processing services,  Shearwater GeoServices has been given a conditional letter of award for a 2D seismic acquisition and fast-track processing project by Total E&P South Africa B.V.The survey at block 11B-12B will be Shearwater’s first project offshore South Africa, said a press note from the Norwegean Oil and gas exploration service provider.The multi-purpose vessel SW Cook will acquire the initial 3,650-linear km (2,268-mi) program.

Trump administration trade tariffs on China will need to cease and India will have to rely more on U.S. LPG supplies for the world to clear the quantum leap expected for U.S. LPG exports, says a study.The study of global seaborne LPG trade flows using Kpler LPG cargo tracking data questions the global LPG market’s ability to grow fast enough to handle the tsunami wave of new LPG production expected from the United States in 2020 and 2021."The U.S. has become the largest LPG exporter in the world and now exports more LPG than the U.A.E., Qatar and Saudi Arabia combined.

Total, Zhejiang Energy Establish Bunkering JV

The hull of Energean Oil and Gas’ Energean Power FPSO has been undocked and floated out from the COSCO Shipyards’ dock in Zhoushan, China, about 10 months after first steel cut. Novatek Sell 20% Stake in Arctic LNG 2 to China

Russian gas producer Novatek said on  that it had signed agreements with two Chinese companies to sell a combined 20 percent stake in its new liquefied natural gas project, Arctic LNG 2.Under the agreement, the Chinese firms -CNOOC and CNODC - will become shareholders in the Arctic LNG project with 10 percent each.
