Robert Allan Ltd. is a consulting naval architectural firm, established in Vancouver, Canada in 1930. Mike Fitzpatrick has been a driving force in the company’s growth since joining the firm in 2003. As a key member of the initial employee ownership group, he was named president and CEO in 2015, responsible for corporate direction, business development, management of senior project managers, and project priorities, schedules and profitability. Fitzpatrick is a 1995 graduate of the University of New South Wales in Australia, with a Bachelor of Engineering in naval architecture.

UL is a worldwide leader in product safety and certification.

Bechtel National Inc. completed an audit of Unidynamics’ Quality Assurance system to insure Unidynamics’ quality systems meet ASME NQA-1 Nuclear Quality Assurance requirements. Ray Smith, Director of Quality Assurance, led Unidynamics' internal audit team. This successful audit confirmed that Unidynamics’ has a quality system consistent with NQA-1 and that Unidynamics is qualified to provide systems and equipment for nuclear applications. NQA-1 quality requirements are similar and consistent with Unidynamics’ existing MIL-Q-9858A and MIL-I-45208A quality systems. This, along with recent contract awards substantiates Unidynamics’ move into the nuclear handling market to provide specialized, highly reliable handling, positioning, transport and shielding equipment and systems.
