The newly built Service Operation Vessel (SOV) “Bibby WaveMaster Horizon” is equipped with propulsion units from SCHOTTEL. Iran to Build 200 Cargo Ships in Domestic Yards

SGRE Scores 360MW Chilean Wind Power Gigs

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) has signed three contracts to supply turbine orders worth 359MW to undisclosed customers in Chile.With the new orders, SGRE reached 640MW of turbine orders in Chile for its 2019 financial year, the best yet for the company in the country.The contracts bolster SGRE’s leadership position in the Chilean market, and the wind power generated by these turbines will provide enough clean, reliable and affordable electricity to cover the demand of over 900,000 people.

Lithuania's KN Bids for LNG Terminal Operator in Brazil

SGRE Wins 200-MW Turbine Order in China

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy SA (SGRE) has secured a deal to supply 4.X turbines for a 200MW wind farm in China, its first contract for the platform in the market.The Spanish-German group will deliver 42 machines rated at 4.8MW to the project developed by Xinjiang TBEA Group in Xinjiang, northwest China. The company will also provide operation and maintenance services for five years.This is the second order that SGRE has received from TBEA, strengthening the partnership between both companies.

Kalmar in Service Contract with OPCSA

Kalmar, the provider of the cargo handling solutions and services to ports, has concluded an agreement to supply comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance services to Operaciones Portuarias Canarias S.A. Norway's leading cargo and ferry port, the Port of Oslo has placed an order to build one of the world’s most environmental efficient working boats possible, with Grovfjord Ship Yard.The boat is especially designed for efficient collection of waste at the water surface.
