Ørsted Issues Green Bonds in Taiwan

Ørsted, the largest energy company in Denmark, has secured nominal TWD 12 billion (USD 395m) through the issuance of green senior bonds, to finance its investments in offshore wind in Taiwan. This transaction marks the first ever green TWD bond to be issued by a foreign corporate in Taiwan. The bonds will be issued in accordance with Ørsted’s Green Finance Framework.Ørsted CFO Marianne Wiinholt, said: “We are very pleased with the completion of this historic transaction which is an important step in the financing of the Changhua 1 & 2a project. Morch Elected to J. Lauritzen BoD

Danish shipping company J. Lauritzen adds CEO of Norwegian Odfjell, Kristian V. Mørch, and CFO of the cleaning company ISS, Barbara Plucnar Jensen, into its board of directors. "J. Lauritzen A/S in March 2018, Kristian V. Morch, CEO at Odfjell SE, Norway and Barbara Plucnar Jensen, CFO at ISS UK and Ireland will be elected as new members of the Board of Directors of J. Lauritzen," said a press release from the company. In connection with the upcoming annual general meeting, Marianne Wiinholt, CFO & EVP at Ørsted will resign from the Board of Directors of J. Lauritzen. Kristian V. Morch has been CEO at Odfjell since August 2015. Prior to that, Morch was Partner and Group CEO at Clipper Group from January 2011 until May 2015. DONG Get Billions in Funding, Appoint New CFO

DONG Energy, a leading energy group with offshore interests in Northern Europe, announce that Goldman Sachs will subscribe for new shares for DKK 8 billion, ATP for DKK 2.2 billion and PFA for DKK 0.8 billion. Coincidentally, Carsten Krogsgaard Thomsen will step down as CFO after 11 years with DONG 
Energy. His successor will be Marianne Wiinholt, who comes from the position of 
Senior Vice President of DONG Energy's Customers & Markets division. Henrik Poulsen, DONG Energy’s CEO, says:
