Terex Cranes for Bharat Mumbai Container Terminals

Terex Port Solutions (TPS) has received orders from Bharat Mumbai Container Terminals Pte Ltd (BMCT), a wholly owned subsidiary of PSA International Pte Ltd (PSA) to supply various types of Terex stacking cranes. The orders include eighteen Terex rubber-tyred gantry cranes (RTG) and four Terex rail-mounted gantry cranes (RMG). The RTG order also includes an option on 18 additional units. The flexible, productive and environmentally friendly machines will be handed over in three batches of six units each of RTGs between September and November 2017 whilst the RMG cranes will be delivered to Mumbai in September 2017. The RMGs will be utilized in BMCT’s railyard, which can handle double stack container trains of up to 1.5 km long.

Korea Express Orders Two Quaymate M50 Cranes

Xiamen, People’s Republic of China, 24 May 2016 – Terex Port Solutions (TPS) notches up another success for its Terex Quaymate M50 mobile harbour crane. After the first machine in the world completely manufactured and assembled by the Chinese site of TPS in Xiamen was shipped to Australia in March this year, the leading South Korean logistics service provider CJ Korea Express (Korea Express) has now ordered two Quaymate M50 mobile harbour cranes for different terminals. In August 2016, the two 2-rope mobile harbour cranes with a maximum  lifting capacity of 50 t, a 20-t motor grab curve and an outreach of up to 36 m will be commissioned in the terminals of Korea Express located in Ulsan on the East Sea and Incheon on the Yellow Sea.

Six Terex RTGs for Egypt

Terex Port Solutions (TPS) received an order for six diesel-electric Terex rubber-tyred gantry cranes (RTG) from Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling Co. (ACCHCO), Egypt. The machines will be operated inthe Alexandria Container Terminal and the El-Dekheila Container Terminal ofthe country’s main port, Port of Alexandria. Terex STS Cranes for Tanzanian HPH Terminal

Terex Port Solutions (TPS) has received an order to supply two Terex ship-to-shore cranes (STS) to Tanzania International Container Terminal Services (TICTS), a member of Hutchison Port Holdings Limited (HPH), a leading port investor, developer and operator. The double-box boom structure STS will be manufactured at TPS’ site in Xiamen, PR China, and the machines are due to be commissioned by the end of 2016. New STS will help TICTS to increase handling rates further TICTS, situated in the capital Dar es Salaam, is Tanzania’s largest container terminal. As TICTS is the major logistics gateway to Eastern, Central and Southern Africa, it must meet the challenge of constantly increasing handling rates.

Four TEREX Mobile Cranes for Asia Pacific

Terex Port Solutions (TPS) continues to systematically strengthen its position in the Asia Pacific region with four new mobile harbour cranes. Two additional Terex Gottwald Model 6 mobile harbour cranes from the large crane family, ordered earlier this year, have been in use in the Port of Napier on New Zealand’s North Island since November. Terex Cranes for ICTSI

Terex Port Solutions (TPS) has received an order from a subsidiary of International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI) in Iraq for two Terex shiptoshore cranes (STS) and three Terex rubber-tyred gantry cranes (RTG). With this order including comprehensive services, TPS and ICTSI, a leading global port operator, are writing the next chapter in the history of their successful cooperation. Previously TPS has supplied 24 RTG to three different terminals operated by ICTSI in Madagascar, the Philippines and Brazil. The new cranes are destined for the Basra Gateway Terminal in the port of Umm Qasr and will be handed over to ICTSI for commercial operation in the second quarter of 2016. country.
