A.P. Møller Holding A/S has acquired offshore vessel services firm Maersk Supply Service A/S from A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S, through the closing of the previously announced transaction.In connection with the closing of this acquisition, A.P. Moller Holding has elected a new CEO and Board of Directors for Maersk Supply Service A/S. Christian M. Ingerslev will take over the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position from Steen S. Bolsonaro Fires Second Petrobras CEO in Two Months

Brazil's right-wing president Jair Bolsonaro fired the chief executive of oil producer Petrobras - the second in two months - after the company refused to sell fuels at a discount to consumers warning it would lead to diesel shortages. French container transportation and shipping giant appointed its Chairman and CEO Rodolph Saade as the new chariman of Swiss third-party logistics provider CEVA Logistics, thus asserting its near-full control over CEVA.Nicolas Sartini, who currently holds the position of Group Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO of CEVA is appointed Chief Executive Officer as from June 1st. Maersk Ousts Danske Bank Chairman after Scandal

Danske Bank's largest shareholder, the Maersk family, has ousted the lender's chairman after a money laundering scandal that has also forced out its chief executive.A.P.
