Cepsa, Exxonmobil Renew Marine Lubricant Pact

Spanish multinational oil and gas company Compañía Española de Petróleos (Cepsa) has renewed its agreement with ExxonMobil for the manufacture, distribution and supply of Mobil-brand marine lubricants in more than 130 ports in Spain, Portugal and Gibraltar.Cepsa produces MobilGard lubricants at its plant in San Roque (Cadiz). Enerpac Takes the Load for Lamprell Jack-Up Rig

High-pressure hydraulics specialist, Enerpac, with its official distributor Al Masaood Trading, Dubai, has supplied Lamprell, a provider of diversified fabrication, engineering and contracting services to the onshore and offshore energy industries, with an EVO-Series Synchronous Lifting System to weigh a newly completed jack-up rig. The Enerpac multifunctional synchronous lifting EVO system monitors and manages lifting, lowering, weighing, alignment and load transfer procedures of non-uniform distributed heavy loads.

W&O Europe Named a Tube-Mac Distributor

Japan Hydrographic Assoc. Chooses Kelvin Hughes

Kelvin Hughes has been chosen by the Japan Hydrographic Association (JHA) as official distributor for all Japanese W Series paper charts, sailing directions and special publications issued by the Japan Coast Guard. News: C-Map Names Distributor of Singapore ENC Data

C-MAP has been appointed an Official Distributor of Electronic Navigation Charts (ENC) produced by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) Hydrographic Department. This announcement was made after C-MAP Norway signed an agreement with the MPA. The MPA has been a pioneer in the development of ENCs and is one of the few hydrographic offices that offer complete ENC coverage of national waters supported by an updating service. The waters of Singapore are subject to continual change due to weather and environmental factors. As a result, the MPA surveys the Singapore waters continually. This survey data is collected and included in its navigation chart database on a weekly basis, resulting in a uniquely updated chart database.

Simrad and Suzuki Collaborate on Distribution Deal

Simrad U.K. has been appointed as the official distributor of Suzuki Brand products into the U.K. and Ireland. The distribution deal allows Simrad to stock and sell Suzuki Marine products in both markets, greatly expanding the huge choice that Simrad already offers the fishing industry. Suzuki manufactures a range of low-cost searchlight Sonars and Echosounders, which perfectly compliment Simrad’s existing fishing product line. Aimed particularly at smaller trawlers, the Suzuki range is the perfect partner for Simrad, giving customers even more choice than before. The new range of Suzuki Marine products is available at Simrad dealers throughout the U.K. and Ireland now.
